This module is for anyone that is in a floor manager, sous chef or entry level leadership position.

Whether this is you are new to your restaurant or you’ve been promoted from within, it can be intimidating to step into leadership. In this class, we will cover the basics of your role, define what leadership means to you and learn best practices to help you build your confidence! And the best part, it’ll be fun and engaging, and by the end, you’ll have a new community to lean on!

This module is for anyone that is in an assistant general manager, general manager, chef de cuisine, executive chef, or senior leadership role.

Whether you’ve been in your role for sometime now, or you have just leveled up - it’s always beneficial to refresh your toolkit and learn new perspectives to enhance your leadership style. In this class, we will review the foundation of your job description, learn the importance about language and communication, how to enhance your pre-shifts and give you extra motivation on how you’d like to lead your team and business going forward! And, let’s not forget you’ll have a new community of like minded leaders to lean on!
